Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Rendahnya Jumlah Kunjungan Pasien di Poli Gigi RSUD Dr. H. MOH. ANWAR Sumenep tahun 2013. Tujuan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perawatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien di poli gigi RSUD Dr. H. MOH. ANWAR Sumenep. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan metode Crossectional dengan sampel 45 pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier dengan uji ANNOVA. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perawatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien di poli gigi RSUD Dr. H. MOH. ANWAR Sumenep.
