Abstract
Mohammad Aqiilah Fikri1 , Tuhu Pinardi2 , Aries Prasetyo3 , Sujangi4 “Gambaran Faktor Lingkungan Fisik pada Penderita Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) diwilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bakung Kabupaten Blitar Tahun 2024” ISPA adalah penyakit saluran pernapasan atas atau bawah yang disebabkan oleh virus atau bakteri yang biasanya menular. Oleh karena itu, tergantung pada patogen dan faktor lingkungan, dapat menyebabkan spektrum penyakit yang luas mulai dari tanpa gejala hingga parah dan fatal. dan faktor penjamu, Kasus penyakit ISPA pada wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bakung dalam Tahun 2024 dibulan januari – april di Kecamatan Bakung dengan kasus sebanyak 30 penderita penyakit ISPA berdasarkan data wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bakung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah Deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik rumah penderita penyakit ISPA di Desa Lorejo wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bakung Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Total sampling pada 30 rumah penderita penyakit ISPA. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner berdasarkan hasil observasi pengukuran parameter fisik rumah antara lain kepadatan hunian rumah, ventilasi, dinding, lantai, pencahayaan, suhu rumah, kelembapan rumah, lubang asap dapur, kecepatan aliran udara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penilaian Kondisi Fisik Rumah Penderita Penyakit ISPA di Desa Lorejo wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Bakung Kabupaten Blitar (kepadatan hunian rumah, ventilasi, dinding, lantai, pencahayaan, suhu rumah, kelembapan rumah, lubang asap dapur, kecepatan aliran udara), sebagian besar pengukuran parameter fisik rumah masuk dalam kategori Tidak Memenuhi Syarat. The type of research used is descriptive, this research aims to determine the physical condition of the houses of ISPA sufferers in Lorejo Village, the working area of the UPT Bakung Community Health Center, Blitar Regency. This research used a total sampling method in 30 homes of ARI sufferers. Data was obtained from filling out a questionnaire based on the results of observations measuring the physical parameters of the house, including house occupancy density, ventilation, walls, floors, lighting, house temperature, house humidity, kitchen smoke holes, air flow speed. The results of this research are an assessment of the physical condition of the houses of ISPA sufferers in Lorejo Village, the working area of the UPT Bakung Community Health Center, Blitar Regency (house occupancy density, ventilation, walls, floors, lighting, house temperature, house humidity, kitchen smoke holes, air flow speed), in part Most of the measurements of the physical parameters of the house are in the Ineligible category.
