Abstract
ABSTRAK Di Desa Krajan terdapat 3 Perusahaan Mabel, yaitu Mebel Teguh Jati, Mabel Sambito Jati, Mabel Jati Murni Hasanah. UD Sambito Jati salah satu Mabel yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan besar mabel kayu jati yang terletak di Desa Krajan Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan. UD Sambito Jati Mabel memiliki 18 karyawan dari berbagai bagian,. Macam-macam kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada UD Sambito Jati Mabel ada beberapa macam sebagai berikut yaitu tangan tergiris yang diakibatkan oleh alat gergaji,sesak nafas yang diakibatkan oleh debu,pegal-pegal yang diakibatkan karena lamanya duduk. Kecelakaan kerja pada UD Sambito Jati Mabel terjadi pada bulan Februari Tahun 2022, 1 pekerja mengalami kecelakaan kerja pada jari sebelah kiri akibat terkena gergaji dan . Pada desa Krajan Kecamatan Parang terdapat 3 perusahaan mabel peneliti memilih 1 perusahaan mabel yaitu mabel UD Sambito Jati dikarenakan ada kejadian kecelakaan kerja yang menarik bagi peniti untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini mengguankan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 13 pekerja di UD Sambito Jati Mabel Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan. Pengolahan dan analisis data meliputi Deskriptif, Menggunakan uji statistik T-Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk pengetahuan pekerja di UD Sambito Jati Mabel baik dengan frekuensi 10, kurang baik dengan frekuensi 3. Untuk hasil dari sikap pekerja di UD Sambito Jati Mabel baik dengan frekuensi 9, kurang baik dengan frekuensi 4. Dan untuk hasil dari tindakan penggunaan APD pekerja di UD Sambito Jati Mabel baik dengan frekuensi 5, kurang baik dengan frekuensi 8. Dari hasil penelitian tentang pengetahuan,sikap,tindakan pekerja di UD Sambito Jati Mabel desa krajan kecamatan Parang kabupaten Magetan tahun 2023 dalam penggunaan APD dapat disimpulkan untuk tindakan masuk kategori kurang baik. UD Sambito Jati is one of the Mabels which is one of the large teak wood mabel companies located in Krajan Village, Parang District, Magetan Regency. UD Sambito Jati Mabel has 18 employees from various parts,. There are several kinds of work accidents that occur at UD Sambito Jati Mabel, namely sliced hands caused by sawing tools, shortness of breath caused by dust, aches caused by long sitting. Work accidents at UD Sambito Jati Mabel occurred in February 2022, 1 worker suffered a work accident on the left finger due to being hit by a saw and. In Krajan village, Parang sub-district, there are 3 mabel companies, the researcher chose 1 mabel company, namely UD Sambito Jati mabel, because there was an interesting work accident incident for the researcher to study. This research uses descriptive research. The sample used was 13 workers at UD Sambito Jati Mabel Parang District, Magetan Regency. Data processing and analysis includes descriptive, using the T-Score statistical test. The results showed that the knowledge of workers at UD Sambito Jati Mabel was good with a frequency of 10, less good with a frequency of 3. For the results of the attitude of workers at UD Sambito Jati Mabel was good with a frequency of 9, less good with a frequency of 4. And for the results of the action of using PPE workers at UD Sambito Jati Mabel was good with a frequency of 5, less good with a frequency of 8. From the results of research on knowledge, attitudes, actions of workers at UD Sambito Jati Mabel Krajan village, Parang sub-district, Magetan district in 2023 in the use of PPE it can be concluded that the majority are in the good category.
