Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya angka DMF-T pada siswa kelas V-C SDN Ngagel Rejo I/396 Surabaya Tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya pengetahuan siswa kelas V-C SDN Ngagel Rejo I/396 Surabaya tentang makanan kariogenik pada tahun 2020 yang meliputi pengetahuan tentang makanan kariogenik, pengetauan tentang jenis makanan kariogenik, pengetahuan tentang dampak mengkonsumsi makanan kariogenik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian desktiptif dengan jumlah sasaran 35 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.Teknik analisa data menggunakan presentase dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengetahuan siswa tentang makanan kariogenik pada siswa kelas V-C SDN Ngagel Rejo 1/396 Surabaya termasuk dalam kategori kurang.
