Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya presentase karies gigi siswa kelas IV tahun 2020 di SD Mardi Sunu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswa kelas IV SD Mardi Sunu tahun 2020 tentang pengetahuan karies gigi tahun 2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengisian lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan cara menghitung rata-rata (mean) dalam bentuk persentase dan disajikan dalam bentuk tebel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah siswakelas IV SD Mardi Sunu Surabaya dengan jumlah respon dengan sebanyak 39 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 54,58% dari keseluruhan jumlah responden dan masukdalam kategori kurang.
