Abstract
Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya persentasi angka bebas karies pada siswa kelas VI SDN Gunung Anyar 273 Surabaya Tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan tentang makanan kariogenik pada siswa kelas VI SDN Gunung Anyar 273 Surabaya tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 23 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang telah dikumpulkan dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang makanan kariogenik pada siswa kelas VI SDN Gunung Anyar 273 Surabaya tahun 2019 dalam kategori baik.
