Abstract
Hasil survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan tanggal 18 Oktober 2015 pada anak di Posyandu Wates Tanjung Kecamatan Wringinanom Kabupaten Gresik, diperoleh hasil dengan nilai rata-rata def-t 7,28. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya angka def-t anak di Posyandu Wates Tanjung Kecamatan Wringinanom Kabupaten Gresik Tahun 2016. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan orang tua tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi anak di Posyandu Wates Tanjung Kecamatan Wringinanom Kabupaten Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu 25 orang tua. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah lembar kuisinioner. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pengetahuan orang tua tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi anak di Posyandu Wates Tanjung Kecamatan Wringinanom Kabupaten Gresik Tahun 2016 dalam kategori cukup.
