Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya status kebersihan gigi dan mulut pasien di klinik mediska gubeng surabaya dengan skor 3,2 dengan kategori OHI-S adalah jelek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan pasien tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut di klinik mediska gubeng surabaya tahun 2020, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sasaran 30 orang pasien poli gigi, Metode pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pasien yang datang berkunjung ke poli gigi di Klinik Mediska Gubeng Surabaya, pengisian kuesioner pasien didampingi peneliti untuk membimbing agar pasien mampu menjawab kemudian dikumpulkan kembali setelah kuesioner diisi. Teknik analisa data diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk table. Hasil penelitian bahwa pengetahuan tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut termasuk dalam Kategori Kurang
