Abstract
ABSTRAK Alat pelindung diri adalah alat yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk melindungi seseorang dan berfungsi mengisolasi sebagian atau seluruh tubuh dari potensi bahaya di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menilai Perilaku Pekerja Dalam Pemakaian APD Di Industri Mebel Mageti Jati Perkasa Desa Mojopurno Ngariboyo, Puntuk, Mojopurno, Kecamatan Ngariboyo, Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2023 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh pekerja pada bagian pembuatan furniture di Industri Mebel Mageti Jati Perkasa sebanyak 15 pekerja dengan kriteria terdaftar sebagai karyawan. Variabel yang dinilai yaitu pengetahuan, sikap,tindakan dan perilaku pekerja dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri (masker, kacamata, sarung tangan, sepatu boot dan ear plug). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pekerja 60% baik, sikap pekerja 73,3% baik, tindakan pekerja 86,7% buruk dan perilaku pekerja 53,3% baik. Untuk alat pelindung diri yang disediakan hanya masker dan sarung tangan plastik dengan jumlah terbatas. Perusahaan diharapkan menyediakan APD yang sesuai untuk industri mebel, pekerja perlu diberikan soasialisasi dan penyuluhan terhadap pemakaian APD dan penyakit akibat kerja Kata Kunci : Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Industri Mebel, Perilaku Worker Behavior In Using Personal Protective Equipment In Mageti Jati Perkasa Furniture Industry, Mojopurno Ngariboyo Village, Puntuk, Mojopurno, Ngariboyo District, Magetan Regency, 2023 Tri Nurhayati1, Hurip Jayadi2, Handoyo3, Sri Poerwati4 Indonesian Ministry of Health Surabaya Ministry of Health Health Polytechnic Sanitation Study Program Magetan Campus D-III Study Program Email : trinurhayati433@gmail.com ABSTRACT Personal protective equipment is a tool that has the ability to protect someone and functions to isolate part or all of the body from potential hazards in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to assess the behavior of workers in using PPE in the Mageti Teak Perkasa Furniture Industry, Mojopurno Ngariboyo Village, Puntuk, Mojopurno, Ngariboyo District, Magetan Regency in 2023 This research is a descriptive study with data collection carried out using questionnaires and observation sheets by means of interviews, observation, and documentation using descriptive analysis. The sample used in this study was total sampling, namely all workers in the furniture manufacturing section of the Mageti Teak Perkasa Furniture Industry as many as 15 workers with the criteria of being registered as employees. The variables assessed are knowledge, attitudes, actions and behavior of workers in using personal protective equipment (masks, goggles, gloves, boots and ear plugs). The results of the study show that 60% of workers' knowledge is good, 73.3% of workers' attitudes are good, 86.7% of workers' actions are bad and 53.3% of workers' behavior is good. For personal protective equipment, only a limited number of masks and plastic gloves are provided.
