Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OF THE HOME AND THE INCIDENCE OF PULMONARY TB IN THE WORKING AREA OF PUSKESMAS GORANG – GARENG TAJI YEAR 2023 Hanifah Putri Ramadhani1, Budi Yulianto2, Sri Poerwati3, Sujangi4 Kementerian Kesehatan RI Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya Program Studi Sanitasi Program Diploma III Kampus Magetan Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan Email : hanifahpr53@gmail.com ABSTRACT Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria or TB germs. Every year there are 845,000 new cases of tuberculosis per year with deaths due to tuberculosis of about 140,000. According to data from the District Health Office of Magetan Health Center Gorang - gareng Taji there are patients with pulmonary TB and have experienced an increase and decrease over the last 3 years. Increase and decrease over the last 3 years, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the mortality of pulmonary tuberculosis is to determine the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of pulmonary TB disease in the pulmonary TB in the working area of the Gorang Gareng Taji health center in 2023. Type of research this is an analytic observational expost facto analytic with a case control approach. Using the fixed diseas sampling method for the sample, where the criteria were criteria are respondents who have pulmonary TB disease or have been sick with pulmonary TB in the working area of the Gorang in the working area of the Gorang - gareng Taji health center. Respondents in This study amounted to 56 respondents with details of 28 cases and 28 controls. Results of the study The results of this study show that the physical condition of the house includes roof conditions, wall conditions, floor conditions, house ventilation conditions, sunlight entering the house, temperature, humidity, lighting and entry, temperature, humidity, lighting and occupant density. Physical conditions physical conditions that are associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB disease are the conditions of ventilation, sunlight and humidity. Suggestions for the community is to improve the physical condition of the house for those who do not meet the health requirements health requirements. Setiap tahun terjadi 845.000 kasus baru tuberkulosis pertahun dengan kematian karena tuberkulosis sekitar 140.000. Menurut data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Magetan Puskesmas Gorang – gareng Taji terdapat pasien ternotifikasi TB paru serta mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan selama 3 tahun terakhir, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi fisik rumah terhadap kejadian penyakit TB paru di wilayah kerja puskesmas Gorang – gareng Taji tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional expost facto dengan pendekatan case control. Menggunakan metode fixed diseas sampling untuk sampel, dimana kriteria penderita yaitu responden yang memiliki penyakit TB paru atau pernah sakit TB paru di wilayah kerja puskesmas Gorang – gareng Taji. Responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 56 responden dengan rincian 28 kasus dan 28 kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kondisi fisik rumah yang tidak berbubungan meliputi kondisi atap, kondisi dinding, kondisi lantai, kondisi ventilasi rumah, sinar matahari yang masuk, suhu, kelembaban, pencahayaan dan kepadatan penghuni. Kondisi fisik rumah yang berhubungan dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru adalah kondisi ventilasi, sinar matahari yang masuk dan kelembaban. Saran untuk masyarakat adalah untuk memperbaiki kondisi fisik rumah bagi yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Penyakit TB Paru, kondisi fisik rumah
