Abstract

Kepatuhan merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku manuasia yang taat pada aturan, perintah yang telah ditetapkan, prosedur dan disiplin yang harus dijelaskan. Pola hidup yang buruk seperti mengkonsumsi makanan tidak sehat seperti makanan siap saji, kurangnya aktifitas fisik inilah yang membuat penderita Hiperkolesterolemia tidak patuh dalam diit rendah lemak, sehingga kebiasaan ini perlu di hilangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan diit rendah lemak pada penderita hiperkolesterolemia, peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian 20 orang di Desa Banyusangkah Kecamatan Tanjung bumi Bangkalan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel ini adalah kepatuhan penderita Hiperkolesterolemia dalam diit rendah lemak. Penyajian data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian 20 responden bahwa sebanyak 17 (85%) patuh dalam diit rendah lemak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tentang kepatuhan diit rendah lemak penderita Hiperkolesterolemia di Desa Banyusangkah Kecamatan Tanjung bumi Bangkalan adalah patuh. Upaya yang dilakukan dapat dengan edukasi tentang dampak dari penyakit Hiperkolesterolemia dan pentingnya kepatuhan dalam diit rendah lemak
