Abstract

Latar Belakang. Dismenore merupakan salah satu gangguan menstruasi yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan fisik bagi seorang perempuan khususnya pada remaja. Literature review ini bertjuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dismenore pada remaja. Metode. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada lima database elektronik (Garuda Jurnal, Google Scholar, PubMed, ProQuest, dan Science Direct) dengan rencangan penelitian Cross-Sectional dan Case-Control yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir, dan dipublikasikan dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris Jenis review ini merupakan Literature Review dengan pendekatan Preferred Reporting Item for Sistematic Review and Meta Analisis (PRISMA) Checklist. Hasil dan Analisis. Hasil penelusuran review ini menemukan 17 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Faktor aktivitas fisik (n=11), faktor mngkonsumsi fast food (n=6), faktor usia menarche (n=6), dan faktor status gizi (n=4). Diskusi dan Simpulan. Hasil review ini menyebutkan bahwa faktor aktivitas fisik, mengkonsumsi fast food, usia menarche, dan status gizi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi dismenore pada remaja.
