Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas Gading Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi masyarakat tentang sehat sakit pada rongga mulut terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas Gading Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke poli gigi Puskesmas Gading Surabaya sejumlah 30 orang, yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu remaja dan dewasa (15-59tahun). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang bermakna antara persepsi masyarakat tentang sehat sakit pada rongga mulut dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas Gading Surabaya dengan nilai probabilitas Sig= 0,004.
