Abstract
ABSTRAK Penyakit tuberculosis merupakan merupakan penyakit yang menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis, manusia juga sebagai tempat untuk penyerangan dari bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang paru paru. pencegahan penyakit merupakan tindakan pencegahan untuk membatasi penyakit agar tidak berkembang ke level selanjutnya, perubahan perilaku seseorang dapat terjadi atas kesiapan seseorang itu sendiri dengan tindakan yang lebih sehat dengan tahapan perubahan dan memelihara kesehatan, perilaku sendiri memiliki ranah yakni pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan, dan tanpa pengetehuan dari seseorang tidak dapat menjalankan sikap dan tindakan untuk mencegah penyakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik, jenis penelitian Expost Facto Studies, menggunakan desain Case Control. Hasil dari penilaian perilaku pencegahan 0,047<0,05 ada hubungan penderita dan non penderita dalam perilaku pencegahan penyakit tuberculosis, Hasil dari penilaian perilaku pencegahan koefisien kontigensi 0,300 yang berarti hubungan rendah yang berarti hubungan pencegahan itu dilakukan tetapi rendah ada indikator lain yang mempengaruhi pencegahan, tetapi dari Puskesmas Paron sendiri sudah mengadakan program kontak serumah pasien tuberculosis dan pendamping pasien penyakit tuberculosis. Kata Kunci: Penyakit tuberculosis, Perilaku, Perilaku Pencegahan. ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, humans are also a place for attack by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria which attacks the lungs. disease prevention is a preventive measure to limit disease so that it does not progress to the next level, changes in a person's behavior can occur based on the person's own readiness with healthier actions with stages of change and maintaining health, behavior itself has a domain, namely knowledge, attitudes and actions, and without A person's knowledge cannot carry out attitudes and actions to prevent disease. This research uses analytical research methods, Expost Facto Studies research type, using a Case Control design. The results of the assessment of preventive behavior were 0.047<0.05, there were differences in the behavior of sufferers and non-sufferers in the behavior of preventing tuberculosis. The results of the assessment of preventive behavior had a contingency coefficient of 0.300, which means a low relationship, which means that the prevention relationship was carried out but it was low, there were other indicators that influenced prevention, However, the Paron Community Health Center itself has implemented a household contact program for tuberculosis patients and companions for tuberculosis patients.
