Abstract
Tisa Anggelia Puspita Gambaran Kelelahan Kerja pada Pekerja Bagian Produksi di PT. Admira Magetan Tahun 2024 Xiv + 52 Halaman + 26 Tabel + 3 Gambar + 10 Lampiran PT. Admira Magetan yang bergerak di bidang produksi triplek beroperasi selama 24 jam dengan menggunakan sistem shift kerja, rata-rata usia pekerja dari 19 tahun hingga 50 tahun, terdapat pekerja yang memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun, sebagian besar proses produksi di setiap unitnya dilakukan dengan posisi berdiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kelelahan kerja pada pekerja bagian produksi di PT. Admira Magetan Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Sampel penelitian pekerja unit rotary, repairing, dan hot press plywood sejumlah 109 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan metode undian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuisioner kelelahan kerja (IFRC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pekerja mengalami kelelahan sedang sebanyak 66 (60,6%). Pekerja mengalami gejala pelemahan kegiatan ringan 58 (53,3%), mengalami gejala pelemahan motivasi ringan 70 (64,2%), mengalami gejala pelemahan fisik sedang 56 (51,4%). Pekerja perempuan mengalami kelelahan sedang 22 (51,2%), pekerja laki-laki mengalami kelelahan sedang 44 (66,7%), pekerja dengan masa kerja < 6 tahun mengalami kelelahan sedang 34 (59,6%), pekerja mengalami kelelahan sedang pada shift siang 27 (73%), pekerja mengalami kelelahan sedang bekerja pada unit rotary 34 (77,3%), dan unit repairing 25 (56,8%,). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pekerja mengalami kelelahan sedang (60,6%), berusia 20-24 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, bekerja dengan masa kerja <6 tahun, bekerja pada shift siang, bekerja pada unit rotary, pekerja mengalami gejala pelemahan kegiatan, pelemahan motivasi, pelemahan fisik sedang. Saran perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait faktor yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap terjadinya kelelahan kerja. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of work fatigue in production workers at PT. Admira Magetan in 2024. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a crosssectional approach. The research sample of rotary, repairing, and hot press plywood unit workers was 109 respondents, sampling using a simple random sampling technique using the lottery method. The instrument used in this study is the work fatigue questionnaire (IFRC). The results of the study showed that most workers experienced moderate fatigue as many as 66 (60.6%). Workers experienced mild activity weakness symptoms 58 (53.3%), mild motivation weakness symptoms 70 (64.2%), moderate physical weakness symptoms 56 (51.4%). Female workers experienced moderate fatigue 22 (51.2%), male workers experienced moderate fatigue 44 (66.7%), workers with a working period of < 6 years experienced moderate fatigue 34 (59.6%), workers experienced moderate fatigue during the day shift 27 (73%), workers experienced moderate fatigue working in rotary units 34 (77.3%), and repairing units 25 (56.8%,). The conclusion of this study is that workers experience moderate fatigue (60.6%), are 20-24 years old, male, work with a working period of <6 years, work on day shifts, work in rotary units, workers experience symptoms of activity weakness, motivation weakness, moderate physical weakness. Suggestions need to be carried out further research related to factors that have a greater influence on the occurrence of work fatigue.
