Abstract

Ayu Mynanda To’ah Regianti POTENSI PEMBUATAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR BERBAHAN SAMPAH ORGANIK PASAR SAYUR DAN URINE SAPI MENGGUNAKAN BIOAKTIVATOR SANBIO SBS (VII + 75 halaman + 17 tabel + 10 gambar + 12 lampiran) Penggunakan pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, memperbaiki struktur dan porositas tanah. Pembuatan pupuk organik dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik pasar dan urine sapi dapat mengurangi masalah pencemaran lingkungan menjadi nilai ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi pembuatan pupuk organik cair berbahan sampah organik pasar dan urine sapi menggunakan bioaktivator Sanbio SBS sesuai persyaratan KEPMENTAN RI No 261/KTPS/SR.310/M/4/2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pra-ekperimen dengan bentuk Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Dianalisa secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui potensi sampah organik pasar dan urine sapi yang ditambahakan bioaktivator Sanbio SBS sebanyak 100 ml dengan formula bahan yang berbeda sebagai pupuk organik cair. Pupuk organik cair melewati proses fermentasi selama 30 hari pada setiap formula terdiri dari 3 replikasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kandungan POC terbaik pada formulasi 8:2 dengan penambahan Sanbio SBS 100ml menghasikan bau khas fermentasi. Hasil rata-rata pengukuran pH 5,83 unsur hara makro (N+P2O5+K2O) yaitu 8,35% dan C-organik 10,805%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dari ketiga formulasi I, II, dan III pada perlakuan tanpa penambahan Sanbio SBS 100ml tidak memenuhi syarat fisik. Pada perlakuan penambahan Sanbio SBS 100ml untuk ketiga formulasi I, II, dan III memenuhi persyaratan baik fisik maupun kimia pupuk organik cair. Making organic fertilizer by utilizing organic market waste and cow urine can reduce the problem of environmental pollution to economic value. This research aims to determine the potential for making liquid organic fertilizer from market organic waste and cow urine using the Sanbio SBS bioactivator in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Indonesia KEPMENTAN No. 261/KTPS/SR.310/M/4/2019. The type of research used was pre-experiment in the form of Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Analyzed descriptively to determine the potential of market organic waste and cow urine to which 100 ml of Sanbio SBS bioactivator was added with different ingredient formulas as liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer goes through a fermentation process for 30 days in each formula consisting of 3 replications. The research results show that the best POC content in the 8:2 formulation with the addition of Sanbio SBS 100ml produces a distinctive fermented odor. The average pH measurement results were 5.83 for macro nutrients (N+P2O5+K2O), namely 8.35% and C-organic 10.805%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the three formulations I, II, and III in the treatment without the addition of Sanbio SBS 100ml did not meet the physical requirements. In the treatment, the addition of Sanbio SBS 100ml for the three formulations I, II, and III met both physical and chemical requirements for liquid organic fertilizer.
