Abstract
Lansia akan terjadi kemunduran fisik, mental, sosial ekonomi yang akan berdampak pada kualitas hidup lansia. Permasalahan lain dapat berasal dari aspek sosial dan aspek psikologis atau emosional. Berbagai aspek negatif ini akan mendukung perubahan terhadap perasaan atau sikap dan pandangan negatif terhadap kondisi menua, perubahan inilah yang akan memberikan suatu pengaruh pada seluruh aspek kehidupan lansia itu sendiri dan mempengaruhi konsep diri pada lansia, seperti gambaran diri, ideal diri, identitas diri, peran dan harga diri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep diri pada lansia di UPTD Griya Wreda Surabaya. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 lansia dengan sampel 30 lansia yang dipilih dengan metode penelitian purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel tunggal. Instrumen alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner TSCS (Tennesse Self Concept Scale). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif dalam bentuk table distribusi frekuensi dan narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lansia yang mengalami konsep diri positif sebanyak 25 lansia (87%), konsep diri lansia negatif sebanyak 5 lansia (17%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan lansia selalu meningkatkan konsep diri positif dengan mengikuti kegiatan dipanti untuk meningkatkan gambaran diri, ideal diri, identitas diri, harga diri dan peran diri.
