Abstract

ABSTRAK Air merupakan materi penting dalam kehidupan. 70% zat pembentuk tubuh manusia terdiri dari air sehingga air menjadi kebutuhan mutlak bagi manusia. Kebutuhan air untuk keperluan sehari-hari berbeda untuk setiap kehidupan. Sehingga semakin tinggi taraf kehidupan, semakin tinggi pula jumlah kebutuhan air. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan tersedianya sarana air bersih belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat mencari berbagai alternatif untuk mendapatkan air salah satunya adalah upaya penyediaan air minum diantaranya adalah depot air minum isi ulang. Pada studi pendahuluan terhadap DAMIU di Kecamatan Karangrejo dari 6 tempat terdapat 2 DAMIU yang tidak memenuhi syarat dari pemeriksaan uji mikrobiologi MPN Coliform, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi hygiene sanitasi pada depot air minum isi ulang di wilayah kecamatan karangrejo kabupaten magetan tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu ingin mengetahui kondisi depot air minum isi ulang ditinjau dari higiene sanitasi. Desain yang digunakan adalah potong lintang (cross-sectional). Hasil pemeriksaan pada penelitian ini seluruh Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang di Wilayah Kecamatan Karangrejo Kabupaten Magetan 2023 dengan variabel tempat, peralatan, penjamah dan uji kualitas E.coli, untuk kondisi tempat, peralatan dan kualiatas air sudah memenuhi syarat, sedangkan penjamah dari 6 Depot air Minum terdapat 2 Depot Air Minum yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Therefore, the community is looking for various alternatives to get water, one of which is the effort to provide drinking water, including refill drinking water depots. In the preliminary study of DAMIU in Karangrejo District, from 6 places there were 2 DAMIUs that did not meet the requirements of the MPN Coliform microbiological test examination, therefore this study aims to determine the condition of sanitary hygiene at refill drinking water depots in the Karangrejo sub-district, Magetan district in 2023. This type of research uses observational research with a descriptive approach, namely wanting to know the condition of refill drinking water depots in terms of sanitary hygiene. The design used is cross-sectional. The results of the examination in this study were all Refill Drinking Water Depots in the Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency 2023 with the variable location, equipment, handlers and E.
