Abstract
ABSTRAK Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus yang menularkan virus dengue. DBD masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberi promosi kesehatan melalui media metode ceramah, menilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberi promosi kesehatan melalui media audio visual, menganalisis perbedaan metode ceramah dan media audio visual, menganalisis efektivitas metode ceramah dan media audio visual untuk peningkatan pengetahuan pada siswa tingkat Sekolah Dasar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ngawi tentang 3M. Penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SDN Ketanggi II Ngawi berjumlah 6 siswa, SDN Margomulyo I Ngawi berjumlah 24 siswa, dan SDN Karangtengah IV Ngawi berjumlah 30 siswa. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling berjumlah 60 orang. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan mei sampai juni tahun 2023 Hasil analisa uji paired t-test, dapat dilihat bahwa p-value 0,000 < α (0,05), hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan nilai 30 siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi penyuluhan melalui metode ceramah tentang 3M. Hasil analisa uji paired ttest, dapat dilihat bahwa p-value 0,000 < α (0,05), hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan nilai 30 siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi penyuluhan melalui media audio visual tentang 3M. Hasil analisa uji independent t-test, dapat dilihat bahwa pada sig 2-tailed 0,000 < α (0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara penyuluhan metode ceramah dengan media audio visual. Kesimpulan yang di dapat yaitu sesudah diberi penyuluhan metode ceramah rata-rata 6,17, ini lebih rendah dibandingkan selish rata-rata penyuluhan metode audio visual sebesar 21,67, hal ini menunjukan bahwa media audio visual lebih efektif dibangdikan dengan metode ceramah. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambah variabel lain agar hasil yang didapatkan lebuh maksimal tentang 3M dalam pencegahan DBD. Dengue is still a major health problem. study aims to assess the knowledge before and after being given health promotion through the media lecture method, assessing the knowledge before and after being given health promotion through media, analyzing the differences in lecture methods and media audio visual for the improvement of knowledge at primary school level students in the working area of Ngawi Health Center about 3M. This research is Quasi Eksperimen Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The 6 students of SDN Ketanggi II Ngawi, 24 students of SDN Margomulyo I Ngawi, and 30 students of SDN Karangtengah IV Ngawi. Sampling technique is proportional random sampling 60 people. The time of this study wasconducted in May to June 2023. The results of test analysis, it can be seen that p-value 0.000 < α (0.05), it can be concluded that there is a difference in the value of 30 students before and after being given counseling through the lecture method on 3M. The results of analysis, it can be seen that the sig 2-tailed 0.000 < α (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a difference between the lecture method of counseling with audio-visual media. The conclusion is that after being given an average lecture method counseling 6.17, this is lower than the average audio visual method counselling difference of 21.67, it shows that the audio visual media is more effective compared with lecture method. Suggestions for further researchers can add other variables so that the results obtained a maximum of about 3M in the Prevention of dengue fever.
