Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu indikator dari Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat adalah Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) yang merupakan cara cuci tangan dengan sabun. Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas Tahun 2013, proporsi penduduk umur ≥ 10 tahun yang berprilaku cuci tangan dengan benar di Indonesia telah meningkat dari dari 23,2 % pada tahun 2007 menjadi 47,0 % pada tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penyuluhan Metode Ceramah Dan Media Leaflet Terhadap Perilaku Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Quasi Experiment dengan desain The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest – Postest Design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 41 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas IV, V, dan VI dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode observasi. Instrumen menggunakan leaflet dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji uji paired t-test. dengan tingkat kesalahan (ɑ = 0,01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penyuluhan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,37 sedangkan penyuluhan media leaflet memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,49 dengan selisih sebesar 5,12 dan nilai signifikan sig 2-tailed 0,000 < α (0,01), maka Ho ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh antara penyuluhan dengan media leaflet dan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dimana penyuluhan dengan media leaflef lebih berpengaruh. This study aims to determine the effect of counseling on lecture methods and media leaflets on hand washing with soap behavior in elementary school students. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment with The Non Randomized Control Group Pretest – Posttest Design. The sample used in this study was 41 students consisting of grades IV, V, and VI using purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data with the observation method.
