Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit demam berdarah dengue masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia dengan angka kejadian IR 34/100.000 penduduk di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari dinas Kesehatan kabupaten magetan, Kelurahan Sukowinangun dinyatakan sebagai wilayah dengan jumlah kasus tertinggi pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemetaan maya index dan kepadatan jentik sebagai sistem kewaspadaan dini kejadian demam berdarah dengue di Kelurahan Sukowinangun Kecamatan Magetan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain studi ekologi. Menggunakan metode proportional random sampling untuk penentuan sampel, dengan ketentuan rumah yang berada di Kelurahan Sukowinangun. Rumah yang diperiksa berjumlah 400 rumah yang tersebar di 4 RW dan 25 RT Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 100% area termasuk dalam kepadatan jentik dengan kategori sedang, dan terdapat 98,32% area termasuk dalam maya index dengan kategori sedang sehingga diperoleh kerawanan sedang sebesar 98,43% area. Kesimpulannya di Kelurahan Sukowinangun masih beresiko terhadap penularan penyakit demam berdarah dengue yang dilihat dari tingkat kepadatan jentik serta masih banyaknya container yang didalam maupun diluar rumah yang dapat menjadi tempat potensial bagi perkembangbiakan nyamuk. Disarankan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk dan lebih memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitar mengenai keberadaan container untuk mengurangi tempat potensial perkembangbiakan nyamuk. This study aims to determine the maya index and larvae density mapping as an early warning system for dengue hemorrhagic fever in Sukowinangun Village, Magetan District. This type of research is descriptive with an ecological study design. Using the proportional random sampling method for determining the sample, with the provision that the house is in Sukowinangun Village, There were 400 houses inspected in 4 sub-village and 25 neighborhood. The results of this study showed that 100% of the area was included in the moderate category of larva density, and 98.32% of the area was included in the moderate category of maya index, so that a moderate vulnerability of 98.43% of the area was obtained. In conclusion, Sukowinangun Village is still at risk of dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission, as seen from the density of larvae and the large number of containers inside and outside the house, which can be potential places for mosquito breeding. It is recommended to carry out activities to eradicate mosquito nests and pay more attention to the condition of the surrounding environment regarding the existence of containers to reduce potential places for mosquito breeding.
