Abstract
HUBUNGAN KONDISI RUMAH TERHADAP KEJADIAN PENYAKIT TB PARU DI DESA PRAMPELAN WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KARANGREJO KECAMATAN KARANGREJO KABUPATEN MAGETAN TAHUN 2023 TB Paru merupakan penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Faktor risiko penularan. TB Paru adalah faktor lingkungan dan faktor perilaku. Faktor lingkungan meliputi ventilasi,kepadatan hunian, suhu, pencahayaan dan kelembaban. Berdasarkan data dariDinas Kesehatan Magetan, pada tahun 2020 angka kejadian TB Paru mencapai 24 penderita dan pada tahun 2021 angka kejadian demam berdarah dengue mencapai 21 penderita, dimana wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangrejo merupakan daerah endemis untuk kejadian Tuberkulosis karena setiap tahun terdapat jumlah kasus Tuberkulosis. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan kondisi rumah terhadap kejadian penyakit TB Paru di Desa Prampelan Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2023 Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain case control. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan fixed disease sampling dengan perbandingan 1:1 antara kasus penderita dan kasus control yaitu terdiri dari 13 kasus penderita dan 13 kasus control atau non penderita. Hasil chi square Hasil uji statistic diperoleh p value sebesar 0.018 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 di tolak atau ada hubungan yang signifikan. Dari hasil uji statistic juga diperoleh nilai OR = 7,5 yang artinya kondisi rumah responden yang memiliki kategori kurang baik beresiko 7,5 kali lebih besar daripada rumah yang memiliki kategori baik. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kondisi rumah terhadap kejadian penyakit TB Paru di Desa Prampelan Kabupaten Magetan. Saran kepada penderira penyakit TB Paru diharapkan untuk mengurangi kontak langsung dengan keluarga yang sehat, menerapkan pola hidup bersih. Risk factors for transmission. Pulmonary TB is an environmental factor and a behavioral factor. Environmental factors include ventilation, residential density, temperature, lighting and humidity. Based on data from the Magetan Health Service, in 2020 the incidence of pulmonary TB reached 24 sufferers and in 2021 the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever reached 21 sufferers, where the working area of the Karangrejo Health Center is an endemic area for the incidence of Tuberculosis because every year there are a number of Tuberculosis cases. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between housing conditions and the incidence of pulmonary TB in Prampelan Village, Magetan Regency in 2023. This type of research is analytical with a case control design. The sampling technique used fixed disease sampling with a 1:1 ratio between patient cases and control cases, consisting of 13 patient cases. Chi square results The statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.018 <0.05 so itcan be concluded that H0 is rejected or there is a significant relationship. From thestatistical test results, the value of OR = 7.5 was also obtained, which means that the condition of the respondent's house in the unfavorable category is at risk of 7.5times greater than the house in the good category. The conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between the condition of the house and the incidence of TB disease in Prampelan Village, Magetan Regency.
