Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya angka pH saliva pada siswa- siswi kelas IVB SDN Semolowaru IV Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pH saliva sebelum dan sesudah berkumur rebusan daun sirih konsentrasi 50% pada siswa siswi kelas IVB SDN Semolowaru IV Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Analitik. Jumlah sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 siswa. Pengumpulan data pengukuran pH saliva sebelum dan sesudah berkumur rebusan daun sirih konsentrasi 50% menggunakan pH meter. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) dalam program SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan kesimpulan, ada perbedaan pH saliva sebelum dan sesudah kumur daun sirih konsentrasi 50% pada siswa siswi kelas IVB SDN IV Semolowaru Surabaya Tahun 2019 .
