Abstract
Nyeri gigi ditimbulkan oleh rangsangan yang diterima melalui struktur gigi yaitu email, kemudian diteruskan ke dentin, sampai ke hubungan pulpa-dentin, dan akhirnya ke pulpa. Obat Tradisional adalah bahan atau ramuan bahan yang berupa bahan tumbuhan, bahan hewan, bahan mineral, sediaan galenik atau campuran bahan-bahan tersebut, yang secara tradisional telah digunakan untuk pengobatan berdasarkan pengalaman. Peneliti memperoleh masalah sebesar 51,6% yang menggunakan obat tradisional untuk mengatasi nyeri gigi yaitu salah satunya “Pil Anti Sakit Gigi Plus Pak Tani”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan warga Dusun Kepoh Babat Lamongan tentang obat tradisional untuk mengatasi nyeri pada gigi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil dari data pengetahuan warga tentang obat tradisional untuk mengatasi nyeri gigi termasuk dalam kriteria baik.
