Abstract
Stroke merupakan penyebab cacat nomor satu dan penyebab kematian nomor dua di dunia. Penyakit ini telah menjadi masalah kesehatan yang mendunia. Hasil wawancara dari 7 pasien stroke yang berobat di poliklinik saraf RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban seluruhnya memiliki konsep diri negatif. Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri pasien stroke di poliklinik saraf RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan populasi seluruh pasien stroke yang menjalani rawat jalan di poliklinik saraf sejumlah 170 pasien. Sampel sebanyak 121 pasien stroke. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan keluarga dan variabel dependen adalah konsep diri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang di analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui hampir seluruhnya pasien stroke dengan dukungan keluarga baik memiliki konsep diri positif. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan p value = 0,000 dengan menunjukkan adanya hubungan kuat sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan konsep diri pasien stroke di poliklinik saraf RSUD Dr. R Koesma Tuban. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga sangat penting bagi pasien stroke yang memiliki gangguan konsep diri. Pasien stroke yang kurang dukungan keluarga berpeluang lebih besar mengalami gangguan konsep diri jika dibandingkan dengan pasien yang mendapatkan dukungan baik.
