Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya faktor siswa yang menolak untuk dilakukan tindakan pencabutan gigi sulung diKlinik Promotif-Preventif JKG Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur motivasi pasien pencabutan gigi sulung diKlinik Promotif-Preventif JKG Surabaya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik. Penelitian ini dimulai pada Februari 2019. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki indikasi pencabutan gigi dan dilakukan pencabutan gigi diKlinik Promotif-Preventif JKG Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket dan pemberian hadiah (reward) berupa barang, hasil pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis serta disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, yang pada akhirnya akan didapatkan gambaran atau informasi tentang tingkat motivasi pasien pencabutan gigi sulung diKlinik Promotif-Preventif JKG Surabaya. Hasil penelitian dan pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pemberian hadiah (reward) terhadap motivasi pencabutan gigi sulung diKlinik Promotif-Preventif JKG Surabaya..
