Abstract

In the era of globalization and the sophistication of modern technology, this has an impact on the advancement of engineering and the sophistication of the world of health. Where health experts are able to develop Science and Engineering in handling a variety of new and existing cases. No exception in the case of Morbus Hansen is a nursing problem, as a chronic disease that is very complex in its management. Someone who has a chronic disease, can cause anxiety and helplessness due to the disease. Anxiety is not formed at birth, but is learned as a result of one's unique experience in themselves, the closest person, and the reality of life. If the problem is not responded to, it will affect the quality of human life. The level of anxiety in a person is influenced by several factors including Age, Education, Employment, Distance Health Services, Culture, Family Influence, Economy and Information. Because physiological needs, anxiety, role functions and interdependent relationships can be used as a basis for consideration in the implementation of Morbus Hansen's client care. Anxiety disorders can be: roles, body image, self-esteem, ideal self and identity. But not all clients can experience the same anxiety disorder with Morbus Hansen. This factor is very interesting to study further about the extent of Morbus Hansen's client's anxiety disorders associated with factors of education, employment, age and marital status
