Abstract
faktor yang menyebabkan AKB tertinggi di Indonesia adalah kejadian Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) yaitu sejumlah 7.150 kematian atau 35,3%. BBLR adalah bayi dengan berat lahir <2500 gram. BBLR memiliki lemak subkutan yang sangat tipis sehingga rentan mengalami hipotermia.Kangaroo Mother Care merupakan perawatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi kehilangan panas pada bayi, sehingga komplikasi hipotermia tidak akan terjadi. Tujuan : untuk menganalisis pengaruh perawatan KMC terhadap perubahan suhu pada BBLR. Metode : karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode literature review. Artikel yang dipilih merupakan artikel dengan topik pelaksanaan perawatan KMC terhadap perubahan suhu pada BBLR yang terbit pada tahun 2017-2022. Hasil : dari kelima artikel yang dipilih menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden dalam artikel mengalami peningkatan suhu tubuh setelah dilakukan KMC. Sebagian besar responden mengalami perubahan suhu tubuh menjadi batas normal dengan peningkatan suhu paling sedikit 0,1C. Perubahan suhu BBLR pada masing-masing artikel berbeda diakibatkan berbedanya durasi pelaksanaan KMC. Kesimpulan : Hasil literature review perawatan Kangaroo Mother Care berpengaruh terhadap perubahan suhu pada Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah.
