Abstract
Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian dari kesehatan tubuh yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lainnya. Jika kesehatan gigi dan mulut terganggu maka bisa berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan tubuh sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang sering terjadi pada anak-anak yaitu gigi berlubang. Masalah penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya karies gigi pada anak TK Pertiwi Kerepkidul Bagor Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang karies gigi dengan terjadinya karies gigi pada anak TK Pertiwi Kerepkidul, Bagor, Nganjuk. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap karies gigi pada anak TK Pertiwi Kerepkidul. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang karies gigi termasuk dalam kategori cukup
