Abstract
(Studi pada Siswa MI Nahdlatul Ummah Golokan, Sidayu, Gresik Tahun 2022) Penambalan gigi merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk merawat gigi berlubang dengan index PTI (Performance Treathment Index) sebagai indikator penilaian yang menunjukkan persentase jumlah gigi tetap yang telah dilakukan penambalan terhadap DMF-T dengan target pencapaian sebesar 50%. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan pada siswa MI Nahdlatul Ummah Golokan, Sidayu, Gresik diketahui angka PTI siswa sebesar 0% sehingga target tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan orang tua tentang penambalan gigi dengan performance treatment index pada Siswa MI Nahdlatul Ummah Golokan, Sidayu, Gresik tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional yang melibatkan 80 siswa MI Nahdlatul Ummah beserta orang tua sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik propotional stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan PTI pada siswa dan lembar kuisioner yang dibagikan pada orang tua siswa, kemudian data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan orang tua tentang penambalan gigi berhubungan dalam kategori kuat dengan performance treatment index pada Siswa MI Nahdlatul Ummah Golokan, Sidayu, Gresik Tahun 2022. Semakin baik pengetahuan orang tua maka akan semakin baik pula angka PTI yang dimiliki oleh siswa.
