Abstract
Periodontitis merupakan peradangan pada jaringan periodontal dan berisiko cukup tinggi pada ibu hamil. Data angka peridoontitis pada ibu hamil menunjukkan dari 130 pasien ibu hamil periodontitis dengan kebersihan mulut yang baik yaitu 24 (6,1%), 427 pasien ibu hamil periodontitis dengan kebersihan mulut sedang yaitu 226 (57%) dan 367 pasien ibu hamil periodontitis yang memiliki kebersihan mulut yang buruk yaitu 163 (41,1%). Sedangkan, target RAN 2020-2025 target UKGM mencapai 50% didalam UKBM. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya presentase periodontitis pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan risiko penyakit periodontitis pada ibu hamil terhadap kejadian kelahiran prematur dan BBLR. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil usia 15-45 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Systemati literature review yang diperoleh dari 4 database yaitu DOAJ (2015-2020), Science direct (2015-2020), PubMed (2015-2020), dan NCBI (2015-2020). Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan identifikasi risiko penyakit periodontitis pada ibu hamil seperti kelahiran prematur dan BBLR. Hasil literature review 12 artikel didapatkan bahwa secara signifikan risiko penyakit peridoontitis pada ibu hamil terhadap perkembangan janin yaitu kelahiran prematur dan BBLR.
