Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah debris skor pada siswa kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Baiturrahman Surabaya tahun 2013 termasuk dalam kategori jelek, yaitu 1,96. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya pengaruh perilaku cara menyikat gigi terhadap debris skor siswa kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Baiturrahman Surabaya tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Baiturrahman Surabaya tahun 2013 yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dengan waktu penelitian dimulai bulan November 2012 sampai Juni 2013. Hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis dengan uji statistik T-test paired. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa α > p value, maka hi diterima, yang berarti signifikan. Kesimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh perilaku cara menyikat gigi terhadap debris skor kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Baiturrahman Surabaya tahun 2013
