Abstract
Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami penderita Arthritis gout adalah nyeri. Hal ini di sebabkan oleh penumpukan kristal pada persendian, akibat tingginya kadar asam urat di dalam tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gangguan rasa nyeri yang terjadi pada pasien arthritis gout di Puskesmas Krembangan Selatan Surabaya. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh pasien arthritis gout di Puskesmas Krembangan Selatan. Penelitian ini melibat populasi sebanyak 20 orang dengan gout gastirits dan semuanya diambil sebagai responden (total sampling). Variabel penelitian ini adalah gambaran gangguan rasa nyeri pada pasien arthritis gout di Puskesmas Krembangan Selatan Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menggunakan lembar kuesioner kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya gangguan rasa nyeri pada penderita arthritis gout baik nyeri akut (84%), dan nyeri kronik (16%). Disimpulkan bahwa penderita goust Arthritis pada umumnya mengalami nyeri akut. Saran bagi klien bisa memperbaiki pola makannya sehari- hari yang tidak merangsang gout Arthritis.
