Abstract

Stroke adalah suatu keadaan yang dapat mengakibatkan seseorang mengalami kelumpuhan atau kematian karena terjadinya gangguan perdarahan di otak atau gangguan perfusi jaringan serebral yang menyebabkan kematian jaringan otak Data dari World Health Organization (WHO) tahun (2008) jumlah kematian didunia sebanyak 57 juta jiwa dan 6,17 juta jiwa meninggal dunia akibat stroke. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian diskriptif yang menggunakan analisis melalui beberapa literature review dengan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di instansi pendidikan. Hasil Literature Riview didapatkan bahwa klien yang mengalami stroke infark ditandai dengan gejala seperti berbicara pelo dengan disatria. Cara mengatasi gangguan perfusi jaringan serebral yaitu monitor TTV, evaluasi pergerakan kekuatan otot dan berikan Health Education tentang penyakit stroke.
