Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada tanggal 15 November 2011 diperoleh hasil OHI-S 3,55, termasuk kategori jelek,Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas III SDN Perak barat VI Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan tentang kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada siswa kelas III SDN Perak barat VI Surabaya 2011. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sasaran 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah: pengetahuan tentang kebersihan gigi dan mulut termasuk dalam kategori kurang.
