Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada tanggal 26 November 2011, diperolehh hasil OHI-S rata-rata 3,15 termasuk kategori jelek, masalah yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya status OHI-S pada siswa kelas V SDN Wachid Hasyim 2 Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan siswa tentang makanan dikantin sekolah pada siswa kelas V SDN Wachid Hasyim 2 Surabaya tahun 2012. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada responden sebanyak 18 orang siswa. Caranya dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran lembar kuisioner yang nantinya dikumpulkan kembali untuk menghitung hasilnya. Dari hasil yang didapatkan kesimpulan pengetahuan siswa kelas V SDN Wachid hasyim 2 Surabaya sedang
