Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitin ini adalah rendahnya status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas IVA SDN Semolowaru IV Surabaya dengan skor OHI-S 3,10. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan tentang buah dan sayur untuk menjaga kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas IVA SDN Semolowaru IV Surabaya tahun 2013, yang meliputi pengetahuan siswa tentang manfaat buah dan sayur; pengetahuan siswa tentang jenis buah dan sayur; serta pengetahuan siswa tentang frekuensi dan waktu mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur. Hasilnya pengetahuan tentang buah dan sayur untuk menjaga kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa termasuk dalan kategori sedang.
