Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah status kesehatan gigi siswa kelas V SD Al-Ikhlas Surabaya tahun 2013 diketahui PTI 0%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan tentang penambalan gigi pada siswa kelas V SD Al-Ikhlas Surabaya tahun 2014, yang meliputi pengetahuan siswa tentang indikasi penambalan gigi, pengetahuan siswa tentang fungsi penambalan gigi, dan pengetahuan tentang akibat gigi tidak ditambal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah sasarannya 22 siswa, metode pengumpilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan persen rata – rata dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang penambalan gigi termasuk dalam kategori kurang.
