Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya persentase warga lansia di Posyandu Lansia Subur Makmur Menur, Surabaya yang tidak memiliki susunan gigi lengkap untuk sistem pengunyahan sempurna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya gambaran pengetahuan warga lansia di Posyandu Lansia Subur Makmur Menur, Surabaya tentang sistem pengunyahan yang sempurna pada tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah sasaran warga lansia Posyandu Lansia Subur Makmur Menur, Surabaya adalah 25 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah membagikan lembar kuisioner kepada responden, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menghitung rata-rata jawaban berdasarkan skoring setiap jawaban dari responden. Jumlah seluruh jawaban yang diperoleh dari responden dihitung dalam presentase dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan pengetahuan warga lansia di Posyandu Lansia Subur Makmur Menur, Surabaya tentang sistem pengunyahan yang sempurna pada tahun 2015 termasuk dalam kategori kurang.
