Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya karies gigi sulung pada anak di TK Dharmawanita 2 Gebangkerep. Status kesehatan gigi anak di TK Dharmawanita 2 Gebangkerep dapat diketahui melalui survey awal yang dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Desember 2014 ditemukan karies botol sebanyak 96,6%. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian susu formula terhadap terjadinya karies botol pada anak di TK Dharmawanita 2 Gebangkerep Baron Nganjuk yang meliputi waktu, cara, frekuensi pemberian susu formula serta kandungan yang ada dalam susu formula. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan 33 orang ibu sebagai responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner dan teknik analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian susu formula termasuk dalam kategori sedang
