Abstract
Kebersihan gigi dan mulut penting untuk diperhatikan oleh masyrakat. Keadaan gigi dan mulut dikatakan bersih bila didalamnya terbebas dari dental plak dan calculus. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah buruknya status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum Desa Winong Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan Tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi pendapatan orang tua, mengidentifikasi status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum Desa Winong Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan Tahun 2016 dan menganalisis hubungan pendapatan orang tua dengan status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum Desa Winong Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan siswa kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum Desa Winong Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan Tahun 2016 dengan jumlah 37. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk variabel status kebersihan gigi dan mulut yaitu lembar pemeriksaan dan untuk variabel pendapatan orang tua siswa yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Fisher’s Exact Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua dengan status kebersihan gigi dan mulut siswa kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum kelas V MI Bahrul Ulum Desa Winong Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Pasuruan Tahun 2016
