Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai calculus index pada siswa SMK Tri Tunggal Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan siswa tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut dengan nilai calculus index pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Tunggal Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 63 siswa, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan pemeriksaan.Untuk teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan siswa tentang pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut dengan nilai calculus index pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Tunggal Surabaya Tahun 2016.
