Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pulung Ponorogo tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi yang kurang. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah nilai OHI-S yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingginya pengetahuan tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pulung Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif pengetahuan tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Pulung di peroleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan pada 22 siswa. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Pulung Ponorogo, termasuk kategori rendah
