Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya persentase siswa kelas V SDN 2 Sukosari Kecamatan Babadan Kabupaten Ponorogo yang di rujuk ke Puskesmas untuk penambalan gigi tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan tentang penambalan gigi pada orang tua siswa kelas V Tahun ajaran 2017/2018 SDN 2 Sukosari Kecamatan Babadan Kabupaten Ponorogo Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar soal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa kelas V SDN 2 Sukosari Kecamatan Babadan Kabupaten Ponorogo sejumlah 30 reponden. Instrument yang digunakan berupa lembar soal, lembar soal yang digunakan sebanyak 30 lembar dengan bentuk soal pilihan ganda memilih salah satu jawaban yang dianggap benar. Hasil penelitian tingkat pengetahuan tentang penambalan gigi pada orang tua siswa kelas V SDN 2 Sukosari Kecamatan Babadan Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun 2017/2018 dengan kategori kurang.
