Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya capaian Performance Treatment Index (PTI) di siswa kelas III, IV, dan V siswa kelas III, IV, dan V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengetahuan Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan tentang Penambalan Gigi di Kabupaten Trenggalek Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian 42 Siswa Kelas Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur Kelas Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan tentang Penambalan Gigi. Analisis data dilakukan secara manual. Hasil penelitian Pengetahuan Siswa Kelas Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan tentang Penambalan Gigi, dengan hasil sebagai berikut : Indikasi Penambalan Gigi pada Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan dalam kategori Buruk (51,2%), Jenis Penambalan gigi pada Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan termasuk dalam kategori Buruk (36%), manfaat penambalan pada Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan termasuk dalam kategori Buruk (48,8%). Akibat lanjut jika gigi yang berlubang tidak ditambal pada Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan termasuk dalam kategori Buruk (47,6%), Sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan dari Pengetahuan Siswa Kelas III, IV DAN V SD Islam Giri Arum Kusuma Durenan tentang Penambalan Gigi di Kabupaten Trenggalek Tahun 2018 dalam katagori sedang (62%)
