Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya angka karies gigi permanen siswa kelas 3 SDN Purwojati 2 Mojokerto Tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan tentang karies gigi permanen 3 SDN Purwojati II Mojokerto Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 3 SDN Purwojati 2 Mojokerto dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 25 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan cara menghitung rata-rata (mean) dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengetahuan siswa kelas 3 SDN Purwojati 2 termasuk dalam kategori sedang
