Abstract
Kebersihan gigi dan mulut merupakan faktor dasar bagi terciptanya kesehatan gigi dan mulut seseorang. Studi penelitian dilaksanakan di Klinik Polres Kediri, pasien yang datang ke Klinik mempunyai Oral Hygiene yang buruk yang mengakibatkan keluhan gusi bengkak, lubang gigi dan rasa linu. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya angka rata – rata OHIS pada pasien Klinik Poli Gigi Polres Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Tentang Pemeliharaan Kebersihan Gigi dan Mulut pada pasien Klinik Polres Kediri mulai bulan januari – maret 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pasien scaling yang berkunjung di poli gigi Klinik Polres Kediri sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuisioner. Analisis data jawaban benar di jumlah, di rata-rata (mean), kemudian dipersentase dan ditabulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah Pengetahuan Tentang Pemeliharaan Kebersihan Gigi dan Mulut pada pasien Klinik Polres Kediri dengan kategori sedang.
