Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit adalah Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan Pelayanan Kesehatan perseorangan secara paripurna melalui Pelayanan Kesehatan promotif, preventif, kuratif, rehabilitative. Limbah rumah sakit dapat digolongkan berdasarkan jenis unit penghasil dan jenis pengelolaannya dan secara garis besar limbah rumah sakit digolongkan menjadi limbah medis dan non-medis. RSUD Asembagus Kabupaten Situbondo merupakan Rumah Sakit milik Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo yang secara resmi menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Asembagus Kelas D berdasarkan Keputusan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 188/869/P/004.2/2013 Tahun 2013 tertanggal 31 Desember 2013. Pihak RSUD Asembagus Situbondo telah melaksanakan pengelolaan limbah B3, akan tetapi pengelolaan limbah yang dilakukan dirasakan perlu adanya evaluasi karena masih adanya permasalahan-permasalahan pengelolaan limbah padat B3 yang belum sesuai dengan Permenkes No.02 Tahun 2023 dan Permen LHK No.6 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif evaluative didapatkan hasil penelitian pada timbulan sampah yang dihasilkan di Rumah Sakit Asembagus Situbondo rata-rata jumlah timbulan sampah yang dihasilkan berjumlah 0,5 kg–5 kg. Pada proses pemilahan dan pewadahan dari hasil inspeksi didapatkan hasil skor belum sesuai yaitu ruangan rawat inap Bougenvile dengan skor 70% dan Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dengan skor 70%. Untuk proses pengangkutan internal 0 serta penyimpanan dan pengolahan didapatkan nilai 80% dikarenakan sudah sesuai semua. Proses pengelolaan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Asembagus Situbondo masuk dalam kategori sesuai dikarenkan skor yang didapatkan berjumlah 190 sehingga masuk dalam kategori sesuai. Hospital waste can be classified based on the type of producing unit and type of management and in general hospital waste is classified into medical and non-medical waste. . RSUD Asembagus Situbondo Regency is a hospital belonging to the Regional Government of Situbondo Regency which officially became the Asembagus Class D Regional General Hospital based on the Decree of the Regent of Situbondo Number 188/869/P/004.2/2013 of 2013 dated 31 December 2013. The RSUD Asembagus Situbondo has implemented B3 waste management, however, it is felt that the waste management carried out requires evaluation because there are still problems with the management of B3 solid waste which are not in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 02 of 2023 and Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 6 of 2021. This research is included in the type of descriptive evaluative research. The research results showed that in the waste generated at the Asembagus Hospital, Situbondo, the average amount of waste generated was 0,5kg - 5 kg. In the process of sorting and storing the inspection results, it was found that the scores were not appropriate, namely the surgical polyclinic room with a result of 70 5, the Bougenvile inpatient with a score of 70% and the Emergency Room (IGD) with a score of 70%. For the transport, management and storage process, a value of 80% is obtained because it is suitable for all, the management process at Asembagus Situbondo Hospital is in the appropriate category because the score obtained is 190 so it is in the appropriate category.
