Abstract
ABSTRAK Rumah sakit merupakan sarana penunjang kesehatan masyarakat, sehingga perlu untuk mengolah limbah hasil dari kegiatan yang mengandung bahan berbahaya. Salah satu teknologi pengolahan air limbah yang aman dan berwawasan lingkungan adalah menggunakan bakteri yang berpotensi sebagai pengurai dalam proses biodegradasi. Maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengukur efektifitas Bioinokulant 21 pada parameter pH, BOD, COD , TSS, Phospat dan Amoniak sebelum dan setelah proses aerob dan anaerob menggunakan bakteri Bioinokulant 21 dengan konsentrasi 1 ppm dan 2 ppm limbah cair rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experiment dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Pengambilan Sampel dari air limbah Rumah Sakit RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Laboratorium Prodi Sanitasi Program Diploma Tiga Kampus Magetan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada parameter pH, BOD, COD, TSS,Phospat dan Amoniak sebelum dan setelah proses aerob dan anerob menggunakan bakteri Bioinokulantt 21 dengan konsentrasi 1 ppm dan 2 efektif pada parameter BOD,COD, TSS dengan konsentrasi 2 ppm waktu pemeriksaan hari ke 2 yaitu dengan hasil untuk BOD 41,89 % , untuk COD 45,92 %, untuk TSS 51,09 % , sedangkan untuk parameter Phospat dan Amoniak tidak terjadi penurunan.. Hasil 4 variasi Bioinokulant-21 menggunakan variasi 2 ppm dengan waktu kontak 2 hari disimpulkn konsentrasi ppm yang semakin besar akan mempengaruhi proses degradasi air limbah rumah sakit sehingga kadar limbah dari beberapa parameter akan turun lebih besar. Kata Kunci : Air Limbah Rumah Sakit, Bioinokulant 21, BOD, COD, Amoniak. ABSTRACT Hospitals become a means of supporting public health. It is necessary to treat waste resulting from activities that contain hazardous materials. One of the safe and environmentally sound wastewater treatment technologies is to use bacteria that have the potential as decomposers in the biodegradation process. Therefore, there must be a resarch conducted to measure the Bioinoculant 21 effectiveness on the parameters of pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Phosphate, and Ammonia before and after aerobic and anaerobic processes using Bioinoculant 21 bacteria with concentrations of 1 ppm and 2 ppm of hospital liquid waste. This research is an experimental study with a research design of nonequivalent control group design. Sampling of wastewater was taken from the hospital dr. Sayidiman Magetan Hospital and was conducted at the Laboratory of Sanitation Study Program Diploma Three Magetan Campus. The research method employed qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results of the study on the parameters of pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Phosphate and Ammonia before and after the aerobic and anerobic process using Bioinokulantt 21 bacteria with a concentration of 1 ppm and 2 effective on the parameters of BOD, COD, TSS with a concentration of 2 ppm on day 2 inspection time showed the results for 41,89% BOD, 45,92% COD, 51,09% TSS, while for the parameters of Phosphate and Ammonia, no decrease occurred. The results of 4 variations of Bioinoculant-21 using a variation of 2 ppm with a contact time of 2 days concluded that the greater ppm concentration will affect the degradation process of hospital wastewater so that the waste levels of several parameters will decrease more.
