Abstract
Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat termasuk kategori baik (70%), sikap masyarakat termasuk kategori kurang baik (60%), tindakan masyarakat termasuk kategori kurang baik (53,33%), perilaku masyarakat dalam pencegahan DBD termasuk kategori kurang baik (53,33%). Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Demam Berdarah Dengue ABSTRACT Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an endemic infectious disease that occurs in Indonesia. In 2022 in Indonesia there will be 143,184 cases with a morbidity rate (IR) of 59 per 100,000 population. In East Java from 2023 to June there were 3,785 cases, while in Madiun City there were 114 cases, specifically in the Sukosari Community Health Center working area there were 21 cases with an IR of 71.87 per 100,000 population. The increase in the number of dengue fever cases at the Sukosari Wilker Community Health Center is due to the lack of dengue prevention behavior. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between dengue prevention behavior and the incidence of dengue fever in the Sukosari Community Health Center area. This type of research is analytical observational with a cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all dengue sufferers in the Sukosari Community Health Center for the period December 2022 to December 2023, totaling 30 cases. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman rank correlation test with SPSS version 24 to see the significance of the relationship between research variables in non-parametric statistics with a significance value if <0.05 then they are correlated. The level of community knowledge is in the good category (70%), community attitudes are in the poor category (60%), community actions are in the poor category (53.33%), community behavior in preventing dengue fever is in the poor category (53.33%) . All behavioral variables (knowledge, attitudes and actions) have a significant relationship with the incidence of dengue fever. The result of the relationship between knowledge level and behavior is that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. The result of the relationship between attitudes and behavior was that the Sig.(2-tailed) value was 0.000, while the result of the relationship between action and behavior was that the Sig.(2-tailed) value was 0.004. The public is advised to carry out Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) with 3M Plus. Keywords: Behavior, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever
